WaterSide Neighborhood

WaterSide Neighborhood is the first of three neighborhoods to call Barefoot Lakes home, and the first to offer incredible new homes in a lakeside setting. Wander along miles of nature trails that lead you from the neighborhood park – WaterSide Park – to nearly 3 miles of lakeside trails surrounding the community’s two lakes and 12-acre Peninsula Park.

With 3 miles of lakeside trails beckoning the pitter-patter of a brisk morning jog or replenishing evening stroll, it’s easy to start a new routine, or mix up an old one.

Stop along the way at educational signage about our lake’s ecosystem and landscaping, designated fishing locations, and to watch the birds skim across the water.

Sunset Pavillion

The Havens

Take the trails from lakeside to natureside. Hidden just beyond The Cove is The Havens – is a neighborhood full of new homes that live amidst native grasses. That harnesses the energy of our prairie landscape and reap the reward of two unique parks: Hideaway Park and Havens Park.

Now available are new homes by Lennar and Brookfield Residential.
